the staff were attentive, honest and kind, always smiling and happy to attend to us. the rooms were small but clean and adequate, and the bathroom design was impressive. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, with hot drinks and cake. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to the markets and shopping.
The experience surpassed our expectations and we wished we could have stayed longer. Cons: Nothing could have been better.

We liked the location it was central to most things. The staff were friendly and polite. The bed was enormous, we were upgraded to the city view with no extra payment. The only thing I would say is make sure you know exactly how much you have agreed to pay, they tried to charge us the walk in off thge street price I had to show them our paperwork which they had already taken,so they knew the correct cost.It was a bit noisy at times but mainly from other guests late at night and horns beeping on the road.Overall not too bad considering price and location.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city by foot. The staff were lovely and always ready to help.
Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and better communication with the staff.

I only stayed overnight- it was expensive compared to where I had stayed a week earlier just around the corner
The shower was so dangerous- highly polished tiles- I was worried I would break my neck, the worst shower arrangment I saw in Vietnam. The woman who was on when I arrived was very sweet- I checked out early in the morning the man on the desk was disinterested.Bell boys were lovely

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the city within walking distance to the noisy market area and the famous Ben Thanh market. It was so convenient to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The staff here, especially the doorman, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The room was very comfortable, with a sitting area, in-room safe, and a spacious bathroom. We also loved the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it easy to stay connected. we were very satisfied with the service and amenities provided.
Highly recommended for a nice oasis in the big city.

The Mifuki has an informal style that belies the quality. It epitomises a failing of the 'star' system that such a gem could not score higher, when it is a complete experience, not just a place to sleep and eat
The approach steps from the street level are not easy for anyone not fully fit or agile. Right now it is part of the charm of Vietnam, but Mifuki will have to address this when guest expectations rise

the location was perfect, within walking distance to markets, museums, and more. We felt safe with the police station across the road. the room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly clean. the amenities were top-notch, and the staff, especially the receptionist, bell guard, and housekeeper. Breakfast had a good variety of food options. highly recommended for a short stay and good value for money. Cons: All was good! 😊.

Ideal location in quiet street mid-way between Pham Ngu Lao area and main sights. Excellent breakfast on 8th floor terrace with city views. Hotel was able to arrange a 10 a.m. check-in to accommodate our arrival after an over-night flight.
A proper window would have been a plus. Room was a bit small, but adequate.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Nice furnishings and great location. Staff tried to be very helpful.
Our airport transfer pick-up turned up an hour late after several confused calls to the hotel. There was construction taking pace from 9AM each day which included heavy drilling and hammering makin the room unbearabe until 5PM.

the staff speak english. they are very friendlly and will make sure you are not fooled by the taxis and the tour agencies proliferating around the city. location is great. hotel is quiet at night not like other hotels where you can hear videokes untill the wee hours. its also not the routes of the million motorcycles so can cross the street safely when you go back to the hotel.breakfast is also good. mix of continental and vietnamese menu.
you have to ask for additional shampoo or soap because they place only one set per day.
